·        This is a great story about a young man’s struggles and his families frustrations over their inability to help him. Ultimately, we all make our own choices. I encourage you to read this to the very end, there is an interesting twist.

·        There is no question it needs to be done, but I am skeptical that it is going to happen without a ruling from the Supreme Court in light of the activism of some of the lower courts. Trump vows to deport ‘millions’ starting next week! President Trump: “Next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States. They will be removed as fast as they come in.” It is part of a plan called “Rocket Docket” arresting those whose deportation orders were expedited by the Justice Department.

·        From The Hill: Want the truth? Put your money on Bill Barr, not Jerry Nadler. Written by a former assistant director of intelligence for the FBI and a special agent for 24 years.

·        I wonder if she can even spell “cryptocurrency”? Maxine Waters asks Facebook to pause work on cryptocurrency Libra.

·        How should we respond to any provocation by the Iranian Navy? Brett Stephens addresses that in his New York Times column. “Stephens reminds us that, in 1988, a U.S. frigate was badly damaged when it hit an Iranian naval mine while sailing in the Persian Gulf. ·        A new Rasmussen poll indicates that voters believe President Trump has been better for young blacks than President Obama. The Unemployment numbers certainly support it.
