·        If you missed the speech last night by our Divider-In-Chief, be thankful. If you did suffer through it, you have a chance on November 8th to let him know what you thought of it. The consensus seemed to be that no one has ever heard a president give such a vitriolic, purely political speech. For some reason, though, he failed to talk about his accomplishments like higher gas prices, inflation, rising crime statistics and the unfettered invasion at our southern border. Wonder why?

·        The West’s Energy Disaster Worsens.

There is no excuse for blackouts in a developed country, but with regard to energy pretty much the entire West is regressing. We have ample sources of reliable energy, but are inexplicably choosing to depend on inherently unreliable, ridiculously expensive, and environmentally damaging sources instead. ·        Our pathetic Secretary of Defense tried to take a victory lap on the anniversary of botching the withdrawal from Afghanistan. It misfired badly. Here’s another good example of what a disaster Secty. Austin is. U.S. Forces Ordered to Stop Using Gender Pronouns to Improve ‘Lethality.’

·        Hope he’s wrong, but his reasoning for our current inflation is spot on. Johns Hopkins University economics professor Steve Hanke has predicted that we will experience a “whopper” of a recession in 2023 due to the Fed’s manipulation of the money supply.

·        Barrack Obama note to an aide as he listened to Joe Biden bloviate during a Senate confirmation hearing: “Shoot. Me. Now.” From a new book The Long Alliance: The Imperfect Union of Joe Biden and Barrack Obama by Gabriel Debenedetti.
