·        If you are a regular reader of my Reveille commentary, you know I was unrelentingly positive on Energy stocks for all of 2022. Here are the top 20 performing stocks in the S&P 500 for 2022. See if you notice a common denominator.

 H  Hiigher Oil Prices are forecast for 2023. We are still recommending investors continue to significantly overweight Energy stocks.  

·        The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 8.78% for 2022. You may remember that after being a part of the Dow since 1928, Exxon was removed from the Dow in August 2020 and replaced with Salesforce, which was the worst performer in 2022, down 47.8%. Good move selection committee. But for that the Dow would have been positive in 2022.
